Tracy Brown - Training Manager

Tracy is a Senior Training Manager. She has in-depth knowledge and experience of training planning, strategy, design, scheduling, delivery, evaluation and coaching. She has the ability to quality assess and coach individuals and deliver content to a larger audience. Tracy can adapt her delivery and communication style to meet the requirements of the audience. She works effectively both as an individual and as part of a team. She is a highly creative and motivational individual, with strong inter-personal skills.

Key roles have included the Training Management and delivery for T-Mobile’s first off-shore contact centre, including the identification and implementation of improvements to the training collateral and style of delivery. Prior to this, Tracy had responsibility for Training and Coaching across BT Mobile’s business MVNO contact centres and also has several years’ experience of training a range of technology products and customer service skills.
