customer provisioning

When your customer signs up to your wireless offering, they’ll need to be provisioned for service. We have a full end to end Provisioning service. Provisioning consists if the following:

customer account set-up

The customer needs to have an account regardless of whether the service is provided on a post-pay or a pre-pay basis. The account is the mechanism via which services are authorised, charges are raised and payment for services is collected. For post pay customers, a credit check will usually be performed as part of the sales and provisioning process. We will also ensure that there is a means of taking payment from the customer at this point, before any services are used or equipment provided.

subscriber provisioning

Each account will have at least one subscriber and may have more than one subscriber. Each subscriber needs to be provisioned with the appropriate tariff so that call and other service charges are made in line with the customer contract. Also, the subscriber will need to be provisioned on the network and on any appropriate applications platforms so that they can use the services they have requested.

mobile number portability

In many of the world’s telecommunications markets, it is an obligation for network operators and MVNOs to allow customers to take their phone numbers with them when they change from one provider to another. mvnopartners is able to support both porting out of numbers to other providers and also porting in, so customers switching from an existing supplier to one of our client MVNOs are able to bring their number across with them.
