Our device distribution capability enables us to procure mobile devices on behalf of our MVNO clients and to configure and brand those devices as necessary. We can then “ship” devices directly to our MVNO clients’ customers or to their storage facility, or retail outlets as appropriate. We also provide a full reverse logistics and repair service

Our logistics warehouse interfaces into the following areas:
Subscriber management and billing system: to enable equipment orders to be transmitted to the logistics warehouse and for vital provisioning information to be returned to the subscriber management and billing system. Also, to receive reverse logistics orders and to provide vital stock management information.

We also have a process interface to the customer care team for problem management purposes and an interface to the internet for order-tracking purposes.
